Activities conducted by Proctorial Board :
- In order to control in discipline, ragging and disputes of students, the proctorial board continuously scrutinized and paid sudden visits also.
- To prevent students from further getting involved in disciplinary activities so that they could make their future bright, some guardians of students were invited and students were given proper counseling in presence of their guardians.
- Students are provided with systematic and safe parking facilities so that stealing of vehicles could be checked.
- Proper discipline and sitting arrangement are ascertained during different programme organized in the university.
- Proctorial Board helps the students and their guardians at the time of counseling.
- Strict rules are observed for students regarding their identify cards.
- In new session necessary meetings are organized with the representatives of various students or generations of the University.
- The board prohibited the sell of intoxicants in University campus.
- Proctorial office distributed identity cards and character certificates to the students of UG, PG and Ph.D. of 35 departments and I schools in 2018-19.
