Events in Departments
Department has organised several seminars, Webinars during the period of 2015 to 2021. Which are as follows:
- Every year Foundation Day on 5th August.
- The Department bestows ‘Professor W. D. West Oration Award’ annually to a leading Professor/Geoscientist who delivers lecture on current affairs in geosciences on 27th January.
- Department organises Prof West Trophy since 1967 and others activities under MSS (M. Tech. Students Society).
