Research Area-
Fertility Transition and Well Being: My focus of research is on fertility transition and Household well-being. Fertility is rapidly declining in almost all states. However, few spatial pockets are still posing relatively high fertility as a result of low socio-economic development. High fertility on the other hand causes a differential pattern of well-being in societies. My research aims to reveal the impact of declining fertility on household well-being.
