About the Journal

Instructions for Authors
This is bi-annual journal started in 1952, bears ISSN number 0972-7434 (National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources, NISCAIR). It is an official research journal of Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar (M.P.) (University of Saugor) and aims to serve as a platform for information exchange among scientific fraternity. Original research articles, reviews on frontiers of science and technology to in science, technology and industrial applications are invited for publication as per following details:
Manuscript Preparation
Manuscript should be on A4 size with at least 1.5 cm margin on all sides. Manuscript should be in Times New Roman font using a font size of 12. Title shall be centralized in a font size 14, bold face capitals. Subtitles in each section shall be in font size 12, bold face lower case. Standard International Units (SI) should be used throughout the text. Manuscript should be numbe#DC3545 starting from the title page, Italic fonts style should not be used in the text should (Except Latin names or wherever applicable). Only recommended SI units should be used. Manuscript should be a single file starting with title page and the text should be arranged in the following order: Title page, Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion or Results and Discussion (Figure and Table titles and legends), Acknowledgements and References.
General: Use St units throughout and where other units are used for some reason. give equivalent St units in parenthesis.
Title: Should be short, sufficiently informative and useful for indexing and retrieval purposes. A short running title may also be provided.
Keywords: Maximum six words may be giving that enhance scope of retrieved of the articles.
Author(s) and Affiliation: Author(s) with affiliation (where work was done) with complete mailing address must be given. Present address of author(s), if different, should also be given. Provide e-mail address of the corresponding author.
Abstract (200 Words): It should contain scope employed, and key results in a way that is useful for indexing and abstracting service providers and gives a bird's eye view to a reader as well as to increase his interest in reading the article. A graphical abstract is also printed in contents part of the journal in every issue, so do provide one with indication of an illustration/figure/formula etc., which should go along with it. Introduction: A brief and precise literature review with objectives of the research undertaken and essential background should contribute the introduction part.
Materials and Method: Only new methods including statistical methods employed should be described in sufficient details, and others can be directed to published sources or may be sought them the corresponding author.
Results and Discussion: Results should be coherently presented and appropriately linked to tables, figures and other illustrations, but restricted to bare minimum. The section should also compare findings with those of others, as deemed necessary by the authors, and its relevance be discussed to the problem tackled. In particular, and for the branch of science, in general. Any weakness of the study undertaken, or any other peculiarity must also be pointed out. New findings, new interpretations, etc. dictated by the experimental design and the data analysis carried out.
The authors should try coining the "keywords" that are not a mere repetition of those in the title.

Acknowledgements: It should be brief and meaningful when invoked; trivial formalities should be avoided.
References:
In the text, references should coated according to Harvard System as-For one author (Patil, 2001) for two authors as (Patil and Gaikwad, 2011) and more than two authors as (Patil et al., 2011) respectively. References should be arranged in alphabetic order, Botanical names of the plants should be italicized and Journal names should be abbreviated and italicized. Avoid using abstracts as references and do not cite any reference in conclusion section. The commonly types of references are shown here:
