  •  -Basic primary medical care for all the students, employees & their family members as well to the labors also working in the university.
  • -Basic laboratory tests which includes hematological, biochemical & biological tests.
  • -Routine immunization facilities like anti tetanus, anti rabies vaccination etc.
  • -Color Blindness Test & Blood grouping for all the students at the time of admission.
  • -Prevention & Control of communicable diseases
  • -MCH services including family planning
  • -Referral services to public hospitals for specialized treatment/hospitalization & other services which are not covered under U.H.C.
  • -Health Education
  • -Medicines are provided free of cost to the students & employees from the pharmacy of the Health Centre as per the availability
  • -Day care ward facilities
  • -Nebulizer, Oxygen Cylinder, Oxygen Concentrator of 10 lit./min capacity, Glucometer, Ambulance facilities etc. are available.
  1. COVID-19 Management and its Vaccination
  •  -Isolation ward of two beds for mild Covid-19 positive cases is available
  • -Treatment and advice regarding Covid-19 infection is being continuously carried out since the start of this pandemic.
  • -Vaccination for Covid-19 has been done under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and it was  free of cost for all the employees and their family members and all  the students of the University

  •  -Issues Physical Fitness Certificates
  • -Issues Medical Certificates for NCC students
  • -Checking and verification of  Medical reimbursement files
  • -various other administrative work

       4.  Sanitation:

Fogging of Campus from time to time, survey for Dengue Larvae
  •  -Improvement of environmental sanitation with safe water supply, inculcating hygienic habits and atmosphere in the university campus.
  • -Cleanliness of the entire campus of the university area (official as well as residential) is being      done by the sanitary workers whose work has been monitored by the head of the department itself.
  • -Training for Sanitization with Sodium hypochlorite solution in Offices and Departments for the prevention of COVID-19 has been given to the employees.
  • -pamphlets regarding infectious diseases awareness are circulated from time to time.
  • -Fogging of Campus from time to time, survey for Dengue Larvae.
  • -Bio medical waste collection from University departments.
  • -Effluent Treatment Plant (E.T.P.) for waste water recycling.
