- Request for the reservation of the room has to be submitted in writing to Visitor Hostel Officer In charge of University in the proforma seven days in advance to the Visitor Hostel Office in normal course. The Booking proforma is available with University reception counter and reception counter of the University Visitor Hostel. It may also be downloaded from the University website: https://dhsgsu.edu.in/images/Guest-House/Guest-House-Form.pdf.
- The filled soft copy of the form can be sent on visitor hostel email id "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." for booking.
- In normal course, outside organization or individual will not be given more than 04 rooms at a time. Such booking will be for maximum time period of 5 days. In-Charge Visitor Hostel shall confirm the booking of the rooms. '
- In case of official booking, the Visitor Hostel Manager/ In-Charge may allow extension of one day before and one day after the official work subject to the availability of the room.
- Extension beyond permitted period may be granted only with permission of In-Charge Visitor Hostel / Hon'ble VC and Registrar of the University.
- Cancellation, if any, should be made in advance at least 24 hours before the booking by the requisitioner otherwise room tariff will be charged till the date of cancellation.
