Rules of Stay for Guest

  • Allotment of accommodation in the Visitor Hostel shall not confer on the allotters any right of tenancy of the premises and the University shall have the right to get the rooms vacated at any time without giving any notice or assigning reason.
  • The main gate opens at 06.00 AM. and closes at 11:15 PM.
  • Visitors shall be allowed entry only after showing his/him Ids such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License Official ID's etc.
  • All guests, after checking in, are bound by the rules and guidelines of the Visitor Hostel displayed in the rooms.
  • Visitors of the guests residing in Visitor Hostel are allowed from 09.00 AM to 09.00 PM Only.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Cooking/Washing is not allowed in the rooms.
  • No changing of rooms or transfer of rooms is allowed without the permission of the concerned officer/ Manager.
  • Gambling, smoking and consumption of liquor in any form or unlawful behavior is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and elsewhere inside the campus.
  • All electrical appliances like fan, light, air-conditioners, geyser etc. should be switched off before leaving the room.
  • Please do not take away the Inventory items of the Visitor Hostel otherwise, charge will be added into the bill.
  • Visitor Hostel Staff may randomly check the room from time to time.
  • Damaging of property or defacing any notice/poster/walls etc. of the Visitor Hostel is illegal and will impose penalty as may be decided by the University.
  • Please do not pay tips to the Staff
  • The Hon'ble Vice Chancellor at his/her discretion may exempt lodging and boarding charges for Visitor Hostel.
  • The Visitor Hostel will be supervised under officer In-Charge/Manager appointed by the University.
  • The decision of the Vice-Chancellor/Registrar of the University shall be final and the rules may be amended with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor/Registrar of the University from time to time.
  • In case of violation of the above rules and regulation or any misconduct or deemed to cause inconvenience or discomfort to others, the Management reserves the right to ask the guest to vacate the room at short notice/immediately.
