Eligibility
There are three categories of Guests according to which rooms are made available:-
- Official – University
- Official – Other Institutions
- Non-Official
Category A: Official Guests of the University:-
A-I.
Members of Executive Council, Academic Council, Finance Committee and Other Committees of the University, Co-ordination Committees/Building Committees/ Other Council/ Bodies/ Committees of the University, Sr. Academicians/ Experts and Officers from MoE/University Grants Commission, Experts/ Resource Persons/ Officials invited/ engaged by the University and any other with the permission of Vice-Chancellor /Registrar/authorized officer of the University.
A-II
Participants of convocation /seminar/ workshop/ symposium/ conference/ training/ programme/ event/meeting organized by the University.
Category B: Official Guests – Other Institutions:-
B-I
Teachers/Officials from other Institution(s) for official purpose on recommendation of authorized person of the Institute.
B-II
Research scholar coming to Visitor Hostel from University/Institutions for research work from outside in Sagar and on Institutional request for accommodation in University Visitor Hostel.
Category C: Non-Official:-
C-I
Employee(s) from other Institutions coming to Sagar for personal visit at his/her/ institutional request made in advance for room(s).
C-II
Personal guests of employees of University referred by the permanent employee's of University not below the rank of Assistant Registrar. In this category requisition slip for rooms will be filled/ signed by the University employee and the guest.
C-III
Any other person outside the above mentioned category may be allowed to stay only with the permission of Hon'ble VC/ Authorized Officer of University.
Note:
1- The allotment of rooms shall be made strictly in the order prescribed above.
2- University has the right to accept or reject any request/application without assigning any reason.
